You don't want to manage a roadmap document — you want to own what gets built and why. As Product & Workflow Lead you own the workflow logic that makes Qadar AI manager-friendly across an expanding suite.
Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. Pilot learnings arrive weekly, packaging questions are open, and the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative is yours to build — directly with the founder office.
What you'll own
- You translate pilot learnings into roadmap decisions, packaging logic, and workflow priorities.
- You keep the product simple for operating teams while pushing enterprise readiness where it matters.
- You build the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative.
- You define what manager-friendly actually means — and hold every shipped workflow to it.
- You shape how the suite is packaged and sold, not just how it is built.
What you bring
- You operate across product strategy, UX judgment, and customer context without hiding behind process.
- You turn ambiguous customer signals into clear product decisions.
- You can say no with a reason — focus is the scarcest resource in a company-building stage.
- You communicate product tradeoffs crisply with founders, engineers, and customers.
- You have shipped B2B software workflows before, ideally in security, compliance, or IT tooling.
