Qadar AI — because trust is the product in AI governance, and someone has to make it tangible for buyers and auditors.
You don't want to produce compliance documents that nobody reads — you want trust to be something customers can verify. As Governance & Trust Lead you turn the AI safety posture of Qadar AI into something buyers, auditors, and regulated customers understand immediately.
Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. The governance posture you define now — policies, approvals, audit trails, compliance language — becomes the backbone of every security review and every regulated deal the company will win.
What you'll own
- You define the policy, approvals, audit, and governance posture that makes Qadar AI credible in security reviews.
- You shape how regulated workflows, retention rules, and compliance language enter the product and the commercial motion.
- You translate real risk into clear controls — for customers and for the internal team.
- You own the trust narrative: from security questionnaires to audit-ready documentation.
- You keep governance practical: controls that operating teams can actually run beat frameworks that impress on paper.
What you bring
- You bridge policy, product, and customer trust without defaulting to abstract compliance theatre.
- You know regulatory landscapes that matter here — EU AI Act, GDPR, SOC 2 — and what they mean operationally.
- You write compliance language that buyers understand and lawyers accept.
- You can sit in a security review and answer the hard questions directly.
- You think in controls and evidence, not in slide decks.
