What we collect
We collect data you provide through lead forms (name, email, company, message), technical data from website analytics (page views, referrer, device type), and bot protection metadata.
Why we process
We process personal data to respond to your inquiries, improve our website, protect against automated abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Lead forms
When you submit a lead form, we collect your name, email, company name, and message. This data is used to respond to your inquiry and may be stored in our CRM for follow-up.
Bot protection
We use bot protection services to prevent automated abuse of our website forms. These services may collect technical metadata including IP address and browser fingerprint.
Appointment scheduling (Calendly)
On our contact page we offer online appointment scheduling via Calendly, a service of Calendly, LLC, 115 E Main St., Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. The Calendly widget is loaded only after you actively consent (by accepting the corresponding cookie category or clicking “Load scheduling calendar”). When loaded, Calendly processes your IP address, browser/user-agent and referrer, sets cookies and similar technologies on your device, and — when you book — the name, email address and any details you enter. Purpose: providing and arranging the requested appointment (confirmations, reminders). Legal basis for loading the widget and its cookies is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25(1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future; the processing of the booking data you enter is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract at your request). Calendly stores data on servers in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by Calendly’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Analytics and logs
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand website usage patterns. We collect page views, referrer data, and device type. With your consent, we also store campaign parameters from the URL you arrived with (UTM tags and ad click IDs such as gclid/fbclid) so we can measure which campaigns lead to a contact request or sign-up; these are kept for up to 90 days and removed if you withdraw consent. We do not use third-party advertising trackers without your marketing consent.
Error tracking (Sentry)
To keep the site reliable, we use Sentry (Functional Software Inc., EU data region — data is processed and stored in the European Union) to capture technical errors. Error reports contain technical details such as browser type, page URL, and stack traces. We configure Sentry without session replays and without personal identifiers; IP addresses are not stored with events. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of this website.
Retention
Lead form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. Bot protection metadata is retained for security purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction. Contact contact@qadar.ai to exercise your rights.
Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
