You don't want to hand customers to a process — you want to be the reason pilots become references. As Pilot Success Lead you own the first customer wins of Qadar AI after the handshake: fast, premium pilots that convert into durable proof.
Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. Every lighthouse pilot you run shapes the product, the packaging, and the references that carry the next ten deals. You work directly with the founder office and the product team.
What you'll own
- You design and run lighthouse pilot rollouts with clear milestones, adoption proof, and executive updates.
- You turn customer friction into product and packaging feedback loops the company can act on quickly.
- You create the standard for pilot delivery, customer trust, and expansion readiness.
- You make every pilot tell a story: measurable outcomes that sales can reuse and references can confirm.
- You keep early-stage chaos controlled — for the customer and for the team.
What you bring
- You combine operational sharpness with customer empathy.
- You know how to make early-stage chaos feel controlled — clear milestones, honest updates, no surprises.
- You have run B2B rollouts, onboardings, or pilot programs in SaaS or security.
- You translate customer language into product language and back.
- You are comfortable with executive audiences on both sides of the table.
