You don't want to publish papers nobody operationalizes — you want your research to ship. As AI Security Researcher you map the evolving AI threat landscape and turn findings into detection logic, policy recommendations, and product intelligence for the Qadar AI Shield suite.
Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. Your research doesn't disappear into a backlog: it becomes detection rules, policy templates, and the category authority that makes the company credible with buyers, auditors, and the market.
What you'll own
- You research and classify AI-specific attack vectors, data leakage patterns, and shadow AI behaviors across enterprise workflows.
- You translate threat research into actionable detection rules, policy templates, and enforcement logic for the Shield suite.
- You publish internal and external research that builds Qadar AI's credibility as a category authority on AI security.
- You keep the product honest: what the threat landscape actually does beats what vendors claim it does.
- You work directly with platform engineering so findings land in the product within days, not quarters.
What you bring
- You have a security research or threat intelligence background — and want to focus on the AI-specific frontier.
- You care about turning research into product value, not just papers.
- You can classify messy real-world behavior into clear, enforceable categories.
- You write precisely: detection logic, policy language, and public research all demand it.
- You are comfortable being the person the team asks when nobody else knows the answer yet.
